The design of the houses for sale is excellent and makes for a very pleasant holiday home. Romania and the Danube Delta are a very short way away. Short walks in the countryside and rides on bikes are wonderful near the Black Sea and White Laguna. The marina at Kavarna and the golf course are quite near to each other. It's nice to look at the Black Sea off Bulgaria when you are playing golf.
