Here at Relocation Bulgaria we try to specialise in small village properties with a view to preserving some of the native charm of rural life. Most of the houses we sell are traditional style Bulgarian cottages with a pleasant garden where you can grow your own grapes and vegetables - even keep a few chickens if you wish. You'll find most Bulgarians appreciate the values of village life and will give a warm welcome to newcomers who share their love of simple things in a natural environment.

Many British compare rural Bulgaria to "England as it was 200 years ago" or even "England as it should be". Well we believe by choosing properties with conservation in mind, we can preserve the magic of this environment, even if so many parts of the coast are undergoing development.

Buying a Property with Us

Buying a house anywhere can be a stressful experience. However here in Bulgaria you might find it a little easier and probably a lot quicker than in some European countries. What's more, we realise that you may well be out of Bulgaria for much of the process so we're here to do most of the nitty gritty on your behalf and ensure it all moves ahead without any hiccups or delays.

We take 3% of the sale price of the house as our fee and this will cover the initial house hunting, engaging a solicitor, signing preliminary contracts, putting down the deposit, correspondence with the solicitor and final contracts right up to the point where you are handed the keys to your village property.

But this isn't where our role ends. We'll be there for you to help and advise you at any point. Please invite us over for a cup of coffee in the garden and we can discuss how it's all going. If you need anything sorting out, we're there at the end of the phone. We would love to make a friend, not only find a client.
